Plans by Kirskey Architects call for a 30-story office building (500,000 +/- sq. ft.) and a 20-story hotel, apartment and condo complex with approximately 200 hotel rooms. Dannenbaum Engineering secured curb cut approval from Tex Dot to access the project platform at I-45 feed road height. There are plans for a gondola to go across Spring Creek to connect with the Spring Creek Nature Trail, restaurants, bars, retail, sky bar and a sky glass-bottom swimming pool between the two buildings.
